Terms of Use Policy

Computer Magic Internet LLC strives to provide satisfactory and up-to-date service to all of our customers. To be able to do this, we ask that you abide by the following terms and conditions for our service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please call us at 660-882-3276 or 800-882-3310 so that we may discontinue your account.

• Computer Magic Internet LLC reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice at any time. We will notify you through our "What’s New" page located here when any changes have been made.
  
  

• Depending upon the circumstances of any violation of our terms, we may issue a warning, suspend your service or terminate your account without notice or refund. If there are fees or expenses connected with repairing any damage you have caused to our system or to our customers, you will be charged at the rate of $60/hour plus any miscellaneous expenses.
  
  

• Computer Magic Internet LLC makes no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied for the service it is providing. Computer Magic Internet LLC is not responsible for any damages to the account holder, including loss of data resulting from delays, mis-deliveries or service interruptions, sustained or incurred in connection with the use of, operation of, or inability to use Computer Magic Inc. Internet service. We cannot issue refunds for temporary service outages no matter what the cause.
  
  

• Dial Up Access
  Dial Up connections that are idle for 60 minutes or longer will be disconnected. If you purchased our unlimited service, you are entitled to unlimited service. However, we do not provide dedicated modem connections. If you are using the modem line as a dedicated connection through the use of redialers and idle-time traffic generators or by running automated functions such as e-mail checks, your account will be terminated.
  
  You may not use more than one of Computer Magic Internet’s lines at one time for one account. Your account may be terminated if this is occurring.
  
  Be sure you are dialing a local number. Computer Magic Internet will not be responsible for any telephone charges whether because of dialing a long-distance number or telephone line charges.
  
  Resale of your dial up account is prohibited.
  
  

• E-Mail
  Unsolicited mass mailings of any kind are prohibited. Chain letters, harassing email, and mail bombing is prohibited. Violation will result in your account being terminated.
  
  

• Web Sites and Domain Names
  Distribution of pornographic or indecent or offending materials will not be tolerated. Distribution of restricted software or materials in violation of copyright or distribution licenses will not be tolerated.
  
  

• Attempting to bypass the user authentication or security of any host, network, or account on Computer Magic Internet’s system or the Internet in general will result in termination.
  
  Using Computer Magic Internet’s system in a way that ties up disk space, processors, band width or any other system resources so that it interferes with other users’ normal use of services is forbidden.
  
  No bots, exploits, Daemons or any server programs shall be run at any time by a user. The user’s service will be terminated and the program and its files will be deleted.
  
  

• Any activity that violates local, state or federal statues will be reported to local law officials and your account will be terminated immediately.
  
  

• Technical Support
  We will be glad to assist new sign ups over the phone at no charge, until they are successfully online. If we have to come to your establishment to install the software to get you online, there will be a $20 installation fee and mileage charged at .20 cents/mile except in Boonville.
  

• Payment
  All monthly Internet service payments will be due by the 10^th of the month or you will be disconnected. There will be a reconnect fee of $10.
