Missouri River Festival of the Arts

Symphony, ballet, vocal, jazz and Big Band are highlights of this annual performing arts festival held at Thespian Hall.

With historic Thespian Hall (circa 1855-57) as the setting, the Festival offers a varied program and a unique opportunity to experience the arts in central Missouri.

We invite you to become a Festival financial supporter or a Festival Corporate financial supporter. As a financial supporter you will receive special ticket packages for the performances. This is an opportunity to contribute to the preservation of Thespian Hall, our national treasure, and to ensure that the arts continue in central Missouri. For more regarding tax-deductible contributions, call the Friends Office at 816-882-7977.

The 1997 Festival included: The Kansas City Symphony, The Diamonds, The Paul Mesner Puppets, The Charlie Byrd Trio, Flamenco Ole' and other special activities. We look forward to welcoming you to historic Boonville and hope that you plan to visit the Missouri River Festival of the Arts in 1998.
